 Musicale provides an opportunity for performing groups to have a
meaningful evaluation of their accomplishments through critiques by
professional adjudicators. The Festival has been designed to permit each
group to be showcased to best advantage; the rules and regulations by
which it is operated have been conscientiously determined in order to support
and encourage the best in musical achievement.
