Spectrum of Richmond, Inc. is a member of the National Tour
Association, Inc., The American Bus Association, Music Educators National

Spectrum of Richmond, Inc., a professional service
organization, was formed in 1984 and is the administering company for a wide
range of music - related events including Fiesta-Val Music Festivals, Musicale,
and Mid - Atlantic Camps.
