Fiesta-Val begins its 24th year with great expectations, renewed purpose and continued attention to detail.

Mr. John D. Savage

Chief Executive Officer

Twenty-six years experience in music education: 10 years public school; 16 years on the university level as professor of music and director of bands. Past president of the Virginia Music Educators Association. President/Director, Mid-Atlantic Camps.

Mr. Dwight Leonard

Executive Director

Sixteen years as a Virginia music educator, and past president of the Virginia Band and Orchestra Directors Association. Awarded Mid-West Medal of Honor and holds Citation of Excellence from the National Band Association. Inducted into Who's Who Teachers of America; member of Phi Beta Mu.

Historical Background

Spectrum of Richmond, Inc., a professional service organization, was formed in 1984 and is the administering company for a wide range of music - related events including Fiesta-Val Music Festivals, Musicale, and Mid - Atlantic Camps.

"The basic philosophy of Spectrum of Richmond, Inc., has as its focus a concern for honesty, integrity, and forthrightness. It is expected that this concern be apparent in every facet of the relationships involved in the conduct of business.
